1. Respect for the Space Please treat the apartment with care and respect at all times. All furniture, décor, and fixtures must be returned to their original positions before departure. Any damage, breakages, or excessive wear must be reported immediately and may incur additional charges. 2. Crew Size & Access All bookings must accurately reflect the number of cast and crew attending. Access is limited to confirmed areas only, and no additional people may enter the property without prior approval. The lead booker is responsible for the conduct of the entire team. 3. Noise & Neighbours The apartment is located in a residential building, so noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times. No loud music, shouting, or disruptive activity—especially in communal areas. Filming that involves elevated noise levels must be agreed in advance. 4. Security & Supervision Doors must remain secure at all times, and the property should never be left unattended with equipment inside unless agreed beforehand. A responsible adult must be present throughout the booking. Building access codes or keys must not be shared beyond the agreed group. 5. Equipment & Setup Only approved equipment may be used. Please avoid anything that could damage floors, walls, or surfaces (e.g. heavy rigs without protection, adhesives, nails, or screws). Protective coverings must be used where necessary. 6. Time Management Bookings must strictly adhere to agreed arrival and departure times, including setup and pack-down. Overtime may be charged if the space is not vacated on time. 7. Cleanliness & Waste The apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All rubbish, props, and equipment must be removed at the end of the booking. Excess cleaning may result in additional fees. 8. Prohibited Activities No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are permitted inside the property. Open flames, candles, or hazardous materials are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance. 9. Insurance & Liability Production teams are required to have appropriate public liability insurance (where relevant). The property owner is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or equipment brought on-site. 10. Compliance All activities must comply with local laws, building regulations, and health & safety standards. Any breach of these rules may result in the booking being terminated without refund.
