House Rules / Additional Terms We welcome filming, photography and content creation projects and aim to provide a flexible and production-friendly environment. All bookings must be agreed in advance and used only for the purpose stated in the booking request. Furniture and décor may be moved with prior approval and must be returned to their original positions at the end of the hire. No smoking or vaping inside the venue. No confetti, glitter, smoke machines, naked flames or special effects without prior written approval. Production equipment must not cause damage to furniture, fixtures, flooring, walls or bar areas. Any damage caused during the hire period will be chargeable. Access times, crew numbers and equipment requirements must be confirmed prior to the booking date. The venue must be left in the same condition in which it was found. A venue representative may remain onsite during the booking. Public liability insurance may be required for larger productions. Alcohol consumption during shoots must be agreed in advance and comply with licensing requirements. Additional Information The venue comprises multiple character-filled spaces, including the Velvet Bar, Leather Lounge and Brass Rail, allowing productions to achieve several distinct looks within a single booking. A secluded outdoor terrace adjoining the lounge may also be available as part of the hire. Early access, evening shoots and bespoke production requirements can often be accommodated by prior arrangement.
