Luxury Natural Light Studio for Portrait & Brand Production

Mae Visuals Studio is a thoughtfully curated, camera-ready environment. We kindly ask all guests to treat the space, furnishings, backdrops, and equipment with care throughout their session. Studio access is granted only for the duration of the confirmed booking time. Please ensure setup and pack down are completed within your allocated booking period. Shoes are welcome within most areas of the studio. However, we kindly ask that shoes not be worn in the soft furnishings and rug area. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable space, particularly for families and little ones who may be seated or playing on the floor. Furniture and styling pieces may be repositioned with care, but must be returned to their original placement before departure. Backdrops must be handled carefully. Additional cleaning or replacement charges may apply in the event of heavy soiling or damage. All equipment hired must be operated responsibly. Technical support can be arranged in advance if required. Children must remain supervised at all times. The booking party is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. No Pets, No Nudity or any sexual content. The studio should be left in the condition it was found. Excessive cleaning may incur an additional fee.
