Magnificent/Spacious Modern House/Kitchen/Living with ample light

Please kindly ensure that the booking time requested also includes any preparation time ahead of the shoot as well as wrap-up after the shoot. We request that shoot team arrive at the start of the booking time, rather than too much in advance as we need to prepare the house for the shoot. We understand that sometimes the shoot don’t go as per plans and in such cases we request that you book for sufficient time as we may have other activities planned at the premises before or after the booking times; and any delays or additional time requests on the day will be charged extra. Please ensure that the total number of shoot crew team members is as indicated in the booking request. Any additional persons should be disclosed and discussed beforehand, and may incur additional charges We would ask the shoot team to be respectful of the house/neighbourhood: -- No smoking inside the house, you may smoke on the patio in the house back garden. -- No Drugs of any kind -- No alcohol, unless required for the shoot -- Any shoot volume at a normal level; not too loud as this is a quiet neighbourhood. Importantly, no loud music in the evenings -- Please no hanging around/loitering or noise outside the main house i.e. where there is public street and house entrance. Please be respectful of neighbours and enter and leave quietly.
