We ask that all guests and production teams kindly keep the following guidelines in mind to help us maintain the property to the highest standard for every booking. • Shoes: Please do not wear outdoor shoes beyond the entrance hallway. Indoor slippers or shoe covers are welcome. • Booking times: Please adhere to the start and finish times booked. If you require earlier access or additional time after your booking, please let us know in advance. We are happy to accommodate where possible, with any additional time charged accordingly. • Rubbish: Please take all rubbish with you at the end of your booking. Bin bags will be provided if required. The household outdoor bins are not available for production use. • Additional attendees: Bookings include up to 10 attendees. An additional charge of £20 per hour applies for each booking with more than 10 attendees. • Access: Your booking covers only the rooms and areas agreed in advance. Please do not access or use any other areas of the property without prior agreement. • Equipment: All camera, lighting and production equipment must have suitable protective feet or padding to prevent damage to the wood flooring. • Moving furniture: If furniture, equipment or suitcases need to be moved, please lift rather than drag them to protect the flooring and furnishings. • Food and drink: Food and drinks are permitted in the kitchen/dinner table only, unless otherwise agreed with us in advance. • Damage: Please inform us as soon as possible of any breakages, spillages or damage that occur during your booking. • On departure: Please leave the property as you found it, ready for the next guest.
