House Rules We ask that shoes are removed on arrival to protect the studio floors. Please bring socks or slippers. Shoes may be worn where required for content. Please leave the studio as you found it - all rubbish cleared and furniture/props returned to their original position. Props and furniture are for use during your booking only and must not be removed from the studio. No smoking or vaping inside the studio. Music is welcome, but please keep volume at a considerate level for our neighbours. Any damage to the space, furniture or props must be reported and may be chargeable. Overtime beyond your booking will be charged at our hourly rate and must be agreed in advance. Set-up and pack-down time is included in your booking. Please ensure you allow time for this within your hire.
