No changes to be made to settings on appliances and/or heating/hot water unless agreed in writing prior to the booking. No loud filming, music or events before 8am or after 8pm unless agreed in writing prior to the booking. All rubbish to be removed from the property at the end of each day (please do not use the household waste bins).
