Modern, Light, Open Plan House with Designer Kitchen

No smoking or vaping indoors. No candles, incense, naked flames or pyrotechnics without prior written approval. No food or drinks in carpeted/upholstered areas — please use the designated dining/kitchen areas. Please protect floors and furniture when moving equipment or props. No nails, screws, staples, glue or permanent fixings to walls, floors or furniture. Blu Tack / removable tape only where agreed and used carefully. Furniture and artwork should not be moved without permission. No painting, decorating or alterations to the property without prior approval. Any large/heavy equipment or vehicles must be agreed in advance. Please keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during early mornings/evenings. Crew numbers must not exceed the agreed booking capacity. The garden is available for use, but please take care of plants, furniture and outdoor surfaces. Additional rooms/areas are only available if agreed as part of the booking. No pets unless agreed previously with the host. No children unless agreed previously with the host. The house must be returned in the condition it was found. Rubbish must be removed or placed in the designated bins. Any damage must be reported immediately. No unauthorised overnight stays. Please respect our neighbours and the residential nature of the property.
