General Guidelines Booking Agreement: All terms must be agreed upon in a signed contract before the shoot begins, including dates, times, payment, and any specific requirements. Insurance: The production company must provide proof of insurance, covering property damage, liability, and any potential injuries that could occur on the premises. Deposit: A security deposit is required, refundable upon inspection of the property after the shoot to cover any potential damages. Permits and Legal Compliance: The production company is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Pre-Shoot Preparations Location Scouting: Any location scouting or preliminary visits must be scheduled in advance, limited to 2 visits. Alterations: No permanent alterations (e.g., painting walls, drilling holes) are allowed without prior written consent. Any temporary alterations must be restored to the original condition. Noise Levels: Maintain reasonable noise levels, considering that this is a residential area. Parking and Traffic: The driveway and garage can comfortably accommodate 13 cars. There is public parking across the street which is within walking distance. Catering and Waste Management: All catering should be restricted to the kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, and all trash must be properly disposed of. The production company is responsible for removing all waste at the end of each day. Smoking and Fire Hazards: Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. The use of open flames, including candles, must be approved in advance. Special Effects: Use of special effects, such as fog machines, pyrotechnics, or water effects, must be approved in writing and supervised by professionals. Post-Shoot Requirements Cleanup and Restoration: The property must be cleaned and restored to its original condition by a specified deadline. This includes moving furniture back to its original location and repairing any damages. Final Walkthrough: A final inspection must be conducted after the shoot, with both parties present, to assess the property’s condition. Damage Reporting: Any damages discovered after the shoot must be reported immediately, with repairs to be covered by the production company. Payment Terms: Final payment, including the return of any deposits, should be processed according to the agreed terms, pending the final inspection. Confidentiality: The production company must agree to keep the location of your home confidential and not disclose your address or personal information without permission.
