• No smoking inside the property • Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum outside agreed filming hours • Furniture and décor may only be moved with prior permission and must be returned to original positions • Protective coverings must be used for floors and high-traffic areas where appropriate • No drilling, painting, or structural alterations without written approval • Crew numbers, parking arrangements, and equipment access to be agreed in advance • Children and pets live at the property, so advance notice is appreciated for any special requirements • The property must be left clean and in the same condition as found • Rubbish removal is the responsibility of the production team • Overtime, additional crew, or extended access may incur additional fee Additional Terms • Production companies must hold valid public liability insurance • A location agreement may be required prior to booking confirmation • Recce visits welcomed by appointment • Parking and load-in access available subject to prior arrangement • Rates may vary depending on crew size, usage type, and hours required • Any damage caused during hire must be reported and paid for by the production company • The homeowner reserves the right to refuse activities that may risk damage to the property
