* Equipment must not be stored in any communal space / corridors at any time  * Doors must not be propped open in communal areas  * Please do not overload the lifts any damage must be paid for * Please ensure that floors are protected with matting and any items are lifted and moved rather than dragged * No pyrotechnics allowed  * No smoking in the building  * No outside lighting/generators are permitted without authorisation * When loading in / out please can you park vehicles away from the building with the engine off so to minimise disruption to the ground floor  * Please ask crews not to congregate outside the building before call time  * Please do not force the fire door - this will break the door and any damage must be paid for * Please return all furniture and props to their original position * Please use tennis balls for stands to protect the floor  * Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate for part hour/hour
