Shoot times: shoots can start from 15:00 (after the morning checkout and clean) and run until 22:00, set-up and wrap included. Minimum hire 4 hours. Earlier starts: any shoot starting before 15:00 needs the flat held from the night before, so it is charged at a minimum of 8 hours at the hourly rate. Please message us before requesting a morning slot. No overnight stays, events, parties or public access. Maximum crew including talent: 10. No smoking, vaping, open flames, candles, haze or smoke machines. Decorative fireplaces cannot be lit. Nothing fixed to walls, floors or furniture (no nails, tape or putty). Furniture moved only by prior agreement and returned before wrap. Floor protection and clean-soled shoes for crew; kit set down on protective covers. Filming inside the flat only — no filming in shared stairwells or communal areas; please keep noise down on the stairs. Second floor via a period shared stairwell, stairs only (no lift). No food on beds or sofas. Leave the space as found and take all rubbish with you. Hirer to hold public liability insurance of at least £1m. Parking: one small car in the shared, unsecured rear yard (first come, first served, own risk); otherwise local pay-by-phone bays.
