Rates shown as Weekdays rates for filming/photo shoots only. Please contact directly for events & weekends rates. Thank you. Minimum number of hours for advance booking: 6 hours. Half day hire available from 8am to 2pm or after 2pm. Otherwise it'd be consider as a full day hire. Additional cost for before 8am and can open until 11pm and weekends, contact for specific quote. Low impact photoshoots/filming/events we can sometimes offer a discounted hourly rate and could be hired by hours. The rate listed here is for photoshoots/filming only. We'd take a refundable damage deposit £300 (no VAT) prior to the hire for every booking. It will be fully refunded after the hire if no damage was made nor any overrun. // CANCELLATION FEES Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
