Hello All , thank you for glancing through and want to book our house. 1) Please note our house is brand new and if anything thing is broken , will be replace back as new . 2) There is a toilet downstairs very neat and please if use, should be kept tidy/clean after use. 3) We will advise all to low the noise too during working times please. 4) Booking will be confirmed once we are fine with the client and please note once confirmed, no full refund if cancelled by the clients. 5) Only booked areas are allowed to be used, except otherwise or if the costumes or equipment or arts decors are booked 6) You are liable for any loss or broken items.
