* Booking time includes setup and pack-down. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals cannot extend the booked session. * Any additional time is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. * Clients are responsible for any damage, loss or breakage to studio equipment, furniture or facilities caused by themselves or their guests. Repair or replacement costs may be charged. * Studio equipment must not be moved, altered or removed from the premises without permission. * Please leave the studio clean and tidy and return furniture/props to their original positions. * No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, naked flames or unauthorised smoke/fog effects are permitted inside the premises. * Food and drinks must be kept away from cameras, microphones and other electronic equipment. * Please respect neighbouring businesses and keep excessive noise to a minimum. * Children/minors must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult. * Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings. The studio accepts no responsibility for items lost or left behind. * Any specialist equipment, set changes or additional requirements must be agreed with the studio in advance. * By confirming a booking, the client agrees to follow these house rules and accepts responsibility for their guests while on the premises.
