- All reservations must be paid in full. unfortunately, there are no refunds once your booking is confirmed. - To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive a coupon code for the value of your booking if you cancel more than 24 hours from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment. - You undertake to return the studio to its original state before your end time failure to do this will result in a cleaning charge of £50. - Evening rates apply from 6 pm on weekdays - Weekend rates apply from 10 am on Saturday - All Weekend bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the date and that minimum duration is 4hrs
