Lawn & Turf Protection 1. No Stakes or Pegs: To protect our manicured turf and underground systems, driving metal stakes, pegs, or anchors into the lawn is strictly prohibited. Only weighted structures (such as water weights or sandbags) are permitted for tents and marquees. 2. Event Flooring Required: Any marquee, catering tent, or heavy structure remaining on the lawn for more than 4 hours must utilize a professional, breathable outdoor event sub-flooring. 3. No Vehicle Access: Under no circumstances are catering vans, delivery trucks, or guest vehicles permitted to drive onto the grass. All loading and unloading must take place from the designated driveway or hardstanding areas. 4. Guest Footwear: To protect our pristine lawn from punctures and to prevent scratching or marking the luxury light patio tiles, stiletto heels are strictly prohibited. Guests are strongly encouraged to wear block heels, wedges, flats, or loafers. Patio & Luxury Furniture Care 1. Furniture Restrictions: The sophisticated wood-and-fabric sectional outdoor lounge suite is provided for guest seating and relaxation only. It may not be moved, rearranged, or used for catering/buffet setups without prior written approval. 2. No Smoking or Open Flames: Shisha, smoking, sparklers, and open flames are strictly banned on the tiled patio area to protect the luxury cushions and prevent staining or burn damage to the paving. 3. Stain & Spill Prevention: Red wine, heavily dyed drinks, and oil-based catering items must be handled with care on the patio. Any major spills must be cleaned immediately to prevent permanent staining on the light tiles. Logistics & Guest Comfort 1. Noise & Music: Out of respect for our tranquil riverside location and neighbors music requirement must be preagreed. 2. Capacity Limits: Events must not exceed the agreed-upon maximum guest count specified at the time of booking. 3. Trash & Waste: Hosts are responsible for ensuring all event trash is bagged and placed in designated bins at the conclusion of the booking. Security Deposit A refundable damage/security deposit is required for all bookings involving external setups. This will be fully refunded post-event following an inspection of the lawn, patio tiles, and outdoor furniture.
