Rustic Artist Studio

INFO- Studio - This rustic artist studio has 2 large wide windows that bring in natural light and rough and ready hardwood floors. Situated on the 2nd floor of Stamford Works building in Dalston, London. The studio is a 3 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland and 10 min walk from Dalston Junction stations. The studio has a kitchenette equipped with kettle, cutlery, coffee machine and a refrigerator. There is a private bathroom within the studio. Ideal for portraits, headshots, product photography, photo shoots, film shoots, interviews, video shoots, interviews, commercial shoots, TV shoots, editorial shoots and more. TERMS & CONDITIONS - 1. Setting up and taking down must be done within your booking time or extra time will be charged. 2. You must vacate the studio by the end of your time slot or extra time will be charged. 3. Anything damaged/missing will be charged at full price plus administration/restock charge (£15 admin fee). 4. The Studio is not soundproof. 5. Smoking or drinking alcohol is not permitted in the studio. 6. The Studio must be left clean as you found it or a cleaning fee of £35 will be charged.
This means if the studio is not in a similar state as it was found in and requires excessive time to be tidied and cleaned we might charge a cleaning fee at our discretion
(if you want to make sure this doesn't happen please consult us before you leave) Sets / Props / Lighting / Clothing - All props are to be delivered and collected on the same day of hire unless other arrangements have previously been agreed. In case it is agreed props can be delivered before the shoot date the client is responsible to assure that the person delivering them will take the props all the way into the studio, either by choosing a courier who agrees to do so or sending someone with the delivery. (Otherwise a fee of £55 will be charged for labour work.) Epitomestudio Ltd cannot be held responsible or liable for any items damaged or lost during the hire or when left on site. Any additional costs incurred through the disposal, storage or transportation of any props or sets will be charged to the client.
