A rustic English farm in Devon featuring multiple cob barns, a thatched roof farmhouse, industrial barns, and a shepherd's hut. Set within 8 acres of apple orchards and pasture land with farm animals, a river, courtyard, garden, and rural views.

We have a beautiful rustic farm in Yeoford, mid Devon, not far from the A30 consisting of numerous cobs barns, and an old cider barn, calf pens, and an old dairy and a tiny house/ shepherds hut. 

We also have 4 newer industrial barns, and a large farmyard set within 8 acres of cider orchards and pasture land, with sheep, pigs and chickens, and the river Troney meandering through the bottom fields. 

Our 4 bedroom farmhouse is made of cob, with two sitting rooms with woodburning stoves. 

In the courtyard area outside the house is a rectangular stone pond with a fountain, and we have a veg growing area near the rear driveway with raised beds and a small greenhouse.
