Skylit High-Ceiling Photo & Film Studio with Screening Room in Hackney

HOUSE RULES: You'll have exclusive use of the studio. There's a maximum of 10 people at any time, including crew, talent, clients and guests. No smoking, vaping, naked flames, haze or smoke machines. No fixings, paint or tape on walls or floors without our written consent. Follow the Hackney Downs Studios building rules, noise limits and fire procedures, and keep fire exits clear. Anyone under 18 must be supervised. Set-up and get-out are included in your booked hours. The minimum booking is 4 hours, and overrunning without agreement is charged at £120 per hour. Check the studio and kit when you arrive and report any existing damage before you start. Equipment must not leave the studio. Leave the space clean and as you found it, or a £60 cleaning fee applies. Public liability insurance of at least £2m is recommended. Cancellation more than 14 days before your date gets a full refund minus £50. Cancelling 7 to 14 days before costs 50%, and under 7 days costs 100%. You can move your booking once for free with 7 days' notice. A full hire agreement is signed on booking. Planning a shoot, screening or event?
