Sophisticated Kitchen

The kitchen may be used for food preparation and styling, but please do not use the hob, oven, appliances or surfaces for activities that could cause staining or damage without prior agreement. Any particularly messy food styling, liquids, dyes, paints or similar materials must be discussed in advance. We want you to get the most from the space and are happy to discuss any specific requirements in advance. Please just ask — we would always rather agree something beforehand than have restrictions get in the way of a great shoot. Shoes off where requested, particularly on carpeted or delicate flooring. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property. Please use coasters, mats and protective coverings on all work surfaces and furniture. No moving heavy furniture or fixtures without prior agreement. Any furniture or accessories moved for a shoot must be returned to its original position at the end. No nails, screws, staples, adhesives or fixings to walls, ceilings, cabinetry or other surfaces without prior approval. Hirers are responsible for leaving the property clean, tidy and in the condition in which it was found. Please respect the residential nature of the property, including neighbouring properties and reasonable noise levels. Maximum number of people on site to be agreed at the time of booking.
