OVERTIME Additional time usage will be charged in intervals of half an hour. The area must be cleared, and all items brought in should be taken out by the scheduled end time of your reservation. Extended time will incur charges in half-hour segments, calculated at a rate of 1.5 times our regular hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES The hourly rate incorporates a cleaning fee, but we kindly request that guests leave the area in the same state they encountered it. It's important for guests to treat the space with care and consider tidying up after their use. Any equipment or rentals brought in by guests must be taken out, and please allocate time for both setting up and dismantling when planning your booking hours. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. We kindly request that you treat our space with utmost care. Avoid using nails, screws, staples, or any items that may pierce our walls. If you use tape or adhesive materials, please ensure they are removed without causing damage. Any harm caused to our walls, floors, furniture, and other items will result in charges being applied to the credit card linked to your account. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. MISCELLANEOUS Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. The use of glitter or confetti is also not permitted. Open flames and frying are prohibited as well, including any cooking that produces substantial smoke, as our facility lacks proper ventilation. Your adherence to these guidelines is essential to maintaining a safe and pleasant environment.
