General House Rules • The property is available exclusively for photo and video shoots (no parties, private events, or overnight stays unless agreed in writing). • Only the spaces agreed on in advance may be used. • No open flames, candles, smoke machines, or hazardous materials. Crew Size & Access • Maximum crew size: 10 people unless approved beforehand. • All crew must be respectful of the property and neighbors. • Arrival and departure times must be adhered to. Overtime fees may apply. Furniture & Styling • No furniture or decor may be moved without prior consent. • If any items need to be moved, they must be:  Approved in advance  Lifted (not dragged)  Put back exactly where they were • Heavy equipment must have floor protection underneath. • No items may be placed on soft surfaces (beds, sofas, textiles) without protection. Equipment & Setup • Protective mats must be used under tripods, lighting stands, or other heavy equipment. • No taping, drilling, pinning, or attaching anything to walls, ceilings, or furniture. • Electrical use must be safe and not overload outlets. Food, Drinks & Catering • Food and drinks may only be consumed in designated areas. • No red wine, oily food, or staining beverages allowed indoors during shoots. • All trash must be removed at the end of the shoot.
