Usage & Access: All bookings must be approved in advance with full details of the project, crew size, and hours on site. The property is available for filming, photography, and content production only - no parties or private events. Access is limited to agreed spaces unless otherwise arranged. Insurance & Liability: Production must provide proof of public liability insurance before the shoot. The host accepts no responsibility for injury or damage to persons or equipment on site. Any damage, marks, or breakages must be reported immediately and will be charged at cost of repair or replacement. Property Care: Protective coverings (mats, floor protection, etc.) must be used under all lighting and grip equipment. No nails, screws, or adhesives on walls or floors without permission. Furniture and décor may be moved only with prior consent and must be returned to original position. No smoking or vaping inside the property. Parking & Access: Driveway and off-street parking available. Please avoid obstructing neighbours’ access Catering & Facilities: Kitchen may be used for light catering with permission. Please remove all rubbish and leave the space clean and as found.
