Additional vehicles must utilize the free public on-street parking directly outside the main gates. Permitted Activities Photography, suitable filming and daytime content creation are welcome. Please provide details of the proposed shoot before booking. Maximum Capacity Maximum of 10 people on site at any one time, including crew and talent. Booking Hours Bookings are between 08:00 and 20:00, subject to confirmation. Noise and Neighbours The property is in a residential area. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level. Outdoor amplified music is not permitted. Parking and Access Parking must be agreed in advance. The entrance courtyard walkway is pedestrian-only, and equipment must be carried through without obstructing access. Furniture and Property Care Furniture may be repositioned carefully with prior agreement. Please lift rather than drag items, protect floors and walls, and return furniture and equipment to their original positions. No nails, screws or damaging adhesives are permitted. Pets and Smoking No pets are permitted. Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors. Any outdoor smoking arrangements must be agreed in advance. Damage and Insurance Any damage must be reported immediately. Hirers are responsible for damage caused by their production activities, subject to the booking terms. Insurance requirements must be confirmed before the booking, and any required evidence must be provided in advance. Respect for the Property Please leave all indoor and outdoor areas clean and tidy at the end of the booking.
