• The Tin House is a private residential property, so the areas available for filming or photography should be agreed in advance. • Please provide details of the proposed shoot, approximate crew/cast numbers, equipment and vehicles when enquiring. • Maximum crew numbers and access requirements are agreed on a booking-by-booking basis. • Please remove shoes on entry. The microcement floor is hardwearing but small stones can cause scratches. • Furniture may only be moved with prior agreement and must be returned to its original position after the shoot. • No nails, screws, staples, adhesives or other fixings may be used without prior permission. • Any specialist equipment, large vehicles, props, generators or other production requirements must be agreed in advance. • The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all cast, crew and contractors and for any damage or additional cleaning caused during the booking. • No smoking or vaping inside the property. • Additional hours must be agreed in advance and may incur an additional charge. • A recce can be arranged by prior agreement for larger productions.
