Studio Rules – The (22) Studio To ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone, please review and respect the following studio policies when using our space: 1. Booking & Access Entry is permitted only during the agreed booking times: Overtime is subject to availability and will be charged as follows: Overtime is billed in 30-minute blocks starting after your scheduled end time If your session runs past 22:00 late-night rates will automatically apply (see pricing terms). Use the silver door and buzzer on the right to access the studio. 2. Setup & Cleanup Basic tidying is the guest’s responsibility. Please return the space to the condition you found it. A cleaning fee will apply for excessive mess or special circumstances — to be agreed upon at booking. 3. Respect the Space No smoking or open flames inside the studio. No hot food is allowed. Snacks and drinks are fine, but please keep them away from equipment and the cyclorama. Handle all furniture and fittings with care. Any damages will be charged accordingly. 4. Sound & Noise No excessively loud music or disruptive noise: respect our building and neighbours. If your project is sound-sensitive (e.g., interviews or dialogue), let us know in advance so we can advise on quieter hours. 5. Capacity & Safety Maximum occupancy must be respected (we’ll confirm this based on your booking). Emergency exits must remain unobstructed at all times. The building is secure. 6. Parking Free street parking nearby, when available. Paid parking is also available in the surrounding area. 7. Insurance & Liability For commercial productions, proof of insurance may be requested. You are responsible for your own equipment, team, and conduct during your session. 8. Overtime & Late Hours Overtime is billed in 30 - minute increments starting immediately after your scheduled finish time Sessions that continue past 22:00 will automatically be charged.
