● No smoking inside the house. Please use the front garden and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. ● Eating and drinking should be restricted to the kitchen and dining area. ● Furniture may be moved with prior agreement but must be lifted rather than dragged and returned to its original position. ● Please protect all floors, carpets and upholstered furniture as necessary. Protective coverings must be used beneath camera stands and heavy equipment, and heel covers worn with high heels. ● No decorating, drilling or fixing into walls is permitted without prior consent. Please take particular care with the exposed timber, polished concrete, kitchen worktops and white metal staircase; no shoes are permitted on the staircase. ● Do not use spray cleaners, lemon, vinegar or other acidic products on the kitchen worktops or polished concrete. A damp cloth is sufficient. ● Please ask before disconnecting televisions, media equipment or other electrical items. ● The front slatted gate can be stiff. Please lift it slightly using the handle when closing it to ensure it locks securely. ● Please use the doorstops when the garden doors are open and close all windows and doors promptly if it rains, as the exposed timber may be damaged by water. ● Our dog Alfie will normally be away during shoots but can remain securely in the separate garden office if required. ● Please agree any unusual equipment, set dressing or production requirements with us before the booking.
