This is a top floor flat with no lift unfortunately, please take this into consideration for personnel mobility and access requirements and the weight of any equipment brought. The staircase is not particularly narrow but any shoot with very big and/or heavy gear would not be suitable here, leaving marks on the walls by big item bumping...
