This is our family home, so please treat the house, furnishings and neighbours with care. Please agree the shoot’s content, total cast and crew numbers, equipment and rooms required before booking. Only agreed areas may be used. Booking times must include unloading, setup, packing away and restoring the house. Any overtime must be agreed with the host. No smoking or vaping indoors. Furniture and decorative objects may be moved only with permission and must be returned to their original positions. Please lift furniture rather than dragging it. Please use suitable protection beneath equipment and stands, particularly on timber floors, carpets and the tiled hallway. No tape, fixings or adhesives on walls, floors or furniture without approval. Please wear clean indoor shoes or shoe covers when setting up. Footwear needed on camera can be agreed beforehand. Food and drinks should remain in the kitchen/dining area or garden unless required for an agreed scene. Please keep noise considerate, including in the garden. No amplified music, exterior lighting or filming outside the property without prior agreement. Please keep the pavement and neighbours’ entrances clear. On-street parking is subject to local restrictions and spaces cannot be guaranteed. No smoke machines, glitter, confetti, candles or other naked flames without prior approval. Animals must also be agreed beforehand. Please leave the house as you found it, remove all production equipment and rubbish, and report any spills or damage promptly.
