Hirer's Responsibility: - Should the Hirer wish to temporarily move, reposition or remove any furniture, fixtures or fittings in the Venue, it must be agreed in writing by Lock Studios Ltd in advance of the booking. The Hirer is fully responsible for replacing these items in their original condition, exactly as originally positioned. The Hirer agrees to communicate to all event guests that while Lock Studios Ltd encourages a fun and friendly atmosphere, we ask that all guests drink responsibly. Lock Studios Ltd management reserves the right to prohibit the consumption of alcohol by any or all guests attending the event should management deem it necessary for safety reasons. Lock Studios Ltd also reserves the right to require proof of appropriate age from guests before serving alcoholic beverages. Lock Studios Ltd reserves the right to stop any activity which we reasonably believe is likely to cause damage to the interior or exterior of the Venue or risk the safety of the people at the Venue. We reserve the right to remove any persons acting inappropriately from the event. The Hirer is liable for any damage to the Venue building, fixtures, fittings, furniture or appliances therein, or Equipment hired through the duration of the Venue Hire, unless a member of Lock Studios Ltd causes such damage. The value of charges for damages will be set to cover the full cost of repair or replacement of such items as appropriate. General cleaning charges are included in the Venue Hire Fee, however should specialist cleaning or repainting be required then further charges may apply. Food Preparation: - Cooking is permitted on-site; however, it is restricted to pre-prepared foods that only require heating up. Frying or grilling activities are strictly prohibited. The Hirer must ensure that all food-related activities adhere to this guideline to prevent any potential hazards or damages to the premises. Noise: - Live bands and DJs are allowed to perform music within the Venue, subject to the following conditions. Any engagement of these entertainers must receive prior written approval from Lock Studios Ltd, and such approval must be obtained at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled Event. While there are currently no established noise restrictions or specific decibel level limitations associated with the Venue, it is imperative to acknowledge the Venue's proximity to residential areas. In order to ensure full compliance with local regulations and to demonstrate respect for the surrounding residential community, the following noise-related guidelines shall apply: - The choice of live bands and DJs, as well as their volume levels and performance hours, shall be agreed upon in writing with Lock Studios Ltd. - Lock Studios Ltd reserves the right to impose reasonable restrictions on the volume and type of music played during the Event, as deemed necessary to maintain a peaceful coexistence with the surrounding residential areas.
