General Rules: Noise levels must be kept to a reasonable volume to avoid disturbing other tenants and the neighbourhood. LND Studio management team may request that you lower noise levels, if necessary. Or inform you of an immediate cancellation of your booking Instruments are only permitted with prior approval. If you intend to use instruments, this must be stated during booking, and we will confirm, in writing, if it’s permitted. Please ensure your footwear is clean and dry before entering the studio space to ensure the floors and carpets remain clean and tidy. If you are using body makeup, oils, or other potentially staining products, please take precautions to prevent damage to the studio, furniture, and equipment. Food and drink are not allowed in The Social or The Play Room. They are only permitted in the breakout space, kitchen, and dining areas. Please take care to protect surfaces by using coasters, trivets, or trays. Under no circumstances will smoking or vaping be allowed inside the studio. Smoking is only allowed outside, and you are responsible for cleaning up any smoking-related debris before leaving. Smoke machines, sparklers, and open flames are not allowed. Decorative candles in the studio spaces must remain unlit. Any intentional or negligent damage will incur charges. Absolutely NO use of feathers, paint, fake snow, sand, smashed cake, glitter or confetti is permitted. Absolutely NO standing on any furniture with shoes on All ages are allowed in the space Furniture and decorations may be moved Please just let us know prior to booking what needs to be moved. Please do not move furniture without prior approval. No smoke machines allowed No nudity allowed Security cameras and recording devices: Please note that CCTV is in operation in all communal areas, car park and studio spaces (excluding bathrooms and changing rooms) to ensure the safety of all. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited.
