Victorian Cottage & Gardens - Ancient Woodland

Shoot Hours Standard shoot hours are 8am - 6pm. Extended hours until 9pm are available by prior arrangement - please discuss at time of booking. All crew and equipment must be off site by end of agreed shoot time. Crew & Access Maximum 15 crew inside the cottage, 30 on exterior and woodland. A responsible production contact must be on site at all times and all crew must be briefed on the property before shooting begins. The Property Leave it as you find it. Furniture may be moved with care and returned to its original position before departure. No nails, screws or fixings into walls or surfaces. No open flames inside the cottage. The Grounds Fire pits and campfires by prior agreement only. Productions must confirm their public liability insurance covers outdoor fire use. Parking Ample parking is available on site. Woodland parking is available for certain vehicles — please discuss access requirements in advance as conditions are weather dependent. Hard standing is always available as an alternative. Animals Pigs and chickens live on the property. Please give them space and consideration Damage A damage deposit is required on all bookings. Any damage must be reported to the host immediately.
