Access limited to booked hours - set-up and de-rig must be included within booking period. No furniture moved without prior approval. Protective floor coverings required for heavy equipment. Property to be returned to its original condition. All rubbish/ waste removed by production. No smoking indoors. Public liability insurance required for commercial shoots.
