* Furniture and styling items can be moved to support your shoot brief, but we ask that everything is returned to its original position before wrap. * Please take care when moving equipment and props throughout the property. * Protective coverings should be used where appropriate for floors and surfaces. * We’re flexible with access and timings where possible, but ask that the house is treated respectfully and left as found. * No smoking inside the property. * Any larger crews, extensive lighting setups or specialist equipment should be discussed in advance. ACCESS INCLUDES the ground floor living spaces and basement snug/cinema room (and downstairs toilet/shower). Upper floors are not included unless agreed in advance.
