Restrictions on Usage - The agreed fee does not include: First floor - bedrooms or upstairs bathroom Television or cinema advertising; Billboards, outdoor advertising or other OOH advertising; Packaging; Point-of-sale materials; Use of the Location imagery in connection with third-party brands or licensing; Licensing or sale of the imagery to third parties; or Any such additional use must be agreed with the Location Owner in advance and may be subject to an additional fee. Condition of Location - The Client agrees to take reasonable care of the Location and leave it in the same condition in which it was found. The Client is responsible for any damage caused by the shoot, crew, models, suppliers, props or equipment. The Client will cover any reasonable additional cleaning or repair costs arising from the shoot. No permanent alterations, fixings, nails, screws, adhesives or similar materials may be used at the Location. Furniture and significant decorative items should not be moved without the Location Owner’s prior agreement. Cancellation - If the Client cancels the shoot within 7 days of the agreed shoot date, the Location Owner reserves the right to retain the location fee. If the shoot is cancelled due to circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control, the parties will discuss rearranging the shoot for an alternative date.
