"Host wasn’t contactable in the morning. No pin entering studio.There weren’t enough water ( 2 small bottles )as advised in their video." Host response: "Thank you for your feedback - we’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We were also concerned by the condition in which the studio was left following the booking, which required additional time to restore, including a backdrop being completely removed from its mounted bracket system positioned over 10ft high. This also impacted subsequent clients who were unable to use the backdrop until it was fixed. For clarity, we were contactable throughout the morning, with messages responded to and your phone call answered. The entry code was sent shortly after the scheduled time, and we extended the session to ensure no time was lost. Regarding refreshments, water is left as a courtesy when available, but it isn’t an inclusion of the studio hire. We are committed to providing a high standard of experience for all clients and appreciate all feedback as part of that process."
