No adult productions. No loud music videos. Please keep noise at a respectful level for neighbours. No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment or the development. No haze machines, smoke effects or naked flames, as they can set off the fire alarms. Set dressing is welcome. Feel free to move furniture, bring in props or decorate. Please don't use nails, screws or tape that could mark the walls, and return the space to how you found it. Please protect floors and walls when moving kit. Any damage will be charged to the hirer. Filming is limited to inside the apartment. No filming in communal areas or of other residents. Please arrive and leave on time. Setup, dressing and pack-down count as part of the booked hours. Public liability insurance is required for all bookings. Maximum crew size: 15 people.
