Hollywood Store (store remains open)

Respect the Space: Treat the store, stage, and equipment with care. Any damage to property or equipment (mic, turntables, stage, etc.) must be replaced by the renter. Capacity Limits: Please stay within the agreed-upon guest count. No Smoking Inside: Smoking, vaping, or open flames are not permitted indoors. This store will remain open during the shoot. Cannot shut the lighting Cannot sit at the front desk Music is on Unless discussed with the Host! Outside Food & Drink: Allowed with prior approval. Alcohol service requires proper permits. Noise Levels: Live music and amplified sound are welcome but must comply with local noise ordinances. Set-Up & Clean-Up: All set-up and tear-down must be completed within the rental time. Space should be left in the same condition it was found. Security: Do not engage with disruptive individuals. If needed, notify Nivessa staff immediately. Minors: Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult. Filming/Photography: Allowed, but please notify us in advance if you plan commercial shoots. Overtime: Bookings that go past the scheduled time will be billed in half-hour increments at the hourly rate. Liability: Nivessa is not responsible for personal property left behind, injury, or accidents that occur during the rental.
