• No drugs of any kind are permitted on the premises. • Smoking is allowed outdoors only in designated areas. • Alcohol is permitted but must be consumed responsibly and in accordance with local laws. • Classic cars (3 total) are available strictly as props. They may not be driven but can be repositioned on the property with host assistance only. • Pets are allowed with prior host approval. • Furniture and décor may be moved carefully but must be returned to their original location. Care must be taken to avoid damage to floors, walls, or furnishings. • Bedrooms (master + 2 additional bedrooms) and bathrooms connected to them are off-limits for shooting. • Noise: While the property is large and private, with neighbors far away, amplified sound and music must comply with local regulations. • Add-ons (pool/spa heater, fire bowls, outdoor speakers, patio heaters, and classic cars) are available at additional cost and must be requested in advance. • Parking is limited to 8 vehicles on-site unless otherwise arranged. Street parking may be available but must comply with posted signs. • Cleanup: Guests are required to remove all trash, equipment, and personal items upon wrap.
