General Rules Smoking: This is a non-smoking property Alcohol: no drugs or alcohol consumption on property No nudity Pets: small, leashed pets okay Free street and driveway parking available for a few cars, please be respectful of neighbors (extra parking at park 2 blocks away) There is limited free parking in this residential neighborhood. Two blocks away is a park with more free parking available. There is room for two-four cars in our driveway/garage. All ages are allowed in the space Outside food is okay Please be quiet and respectful: This is a film-friendly residential neighborhood with children next door. Outdoor furniture and potted plants may be moved as long as they’re put back to its original place before leaving Guests are responsible for clean-up and removing all trash Rental time includes the time it takes to set up and tear down Production insurance is required Security cameras and recording devices When you enter the property there are recording devices to notify us that you have arrived. No actual recording devices are used during the shoot unless you are near the front door.
