Luxury Kensington Apartments with Multiple Contemporary Interiors

Filming and photography are welcomed subject to prior approval, apartment availability and the nature of the production. As Monarch House is an operational serviced apartment property, the specific apartment(s), communal areas and filming hours will be agreed in advance to minimise disruption to residents and guests. Production teams must protect flooring, furniture, artwork and fixtures. Any significant furniture movement, specialist lighting, rigging, props or set dressing must be agreed in advance. The advertised rate is intended for smaller-scale filming and photography within one agreed apartment. Larger crews, commercial productions, multiple apartments, extended hours or exclusive use will be quoted separately. Please provide crew size, equipment requirements, filming hours and the type of content being produced when enquiring.
