Two Wall Cyclorama Studio with Pre-Lit Option and Black-Box Ready Dark Side

PAINT: - Cyc is rented as is. If you would like a fresh coat of white paint on the floor before your shoot it will cost $250.00. Please give us 72 hour notice to schedule our painters. SAFE SET PROTOCOLS: The CDC has eased the COVID protocol as of late. Please make sure you are keep up to date with any Film LA Covid rules. We ask that your crew still check for symptoms and not enter the space if they are currently infected. Keeping surfaces clean and frequent handwashing is also strongly encouraged as we transition into a more relaxed protocol.  PARKING: - 8 dedicated gated parking spots are included (8 cars or 3 cars and 2 24ft trucks). ANIMALS: No animals allowed on the set or in the production offices without prior written approval from management. No exceptions. (A cleaning fee may apply) CLEANING FEE: - We now charge $200/production (+ $50/day for multiple day bookings). We are dedicated to a safe-set for both your crew and ours. Our studio will be professionally cleaned before and after each shoot. Hand sanitizer will be at each entrance, and  located throughout the location. Additional PPC and sanitizer are available for pre-order. SMOKING: There is no smoking or vaping at any time on the set or in the production offices, this includes e-cigarettes. PROTOCOL & POLICIES No pictures, furniture, plants, etc. may be removed or used as production props from the lobby or offices without consent of the Studio Manager. Any damage, abuse or theft of property belonging to Property will be charged to the Renter. STAGE: Cyclorama and floor must be kept in good condition as approved by the management. Renter shall not, without prior written consent from Management, make any alterations to Stage, cyc, floor or walls. As a condition to grant consent, Management may require Renter to remove such alterations and restore the premises to prior condition. No ram setting or drilling into Stage floors or walls. Do not nail, staple, glue or tape anything to cyc walls. No tape shall be used on the cyc floor except low tack “Blue Painter’s Tape”. HAZE: Only water based fog and haze machines are allowed to be used. GEAR: You are welcome to bring your own gear, but we do also have a 3 Ton G&E package available to rent onsite for your convenience.
