Roof and balcony access for small setups only, no heavy rigs or tripods on the railing. • Protection: Please use felt pads and protective mats under tripods or equipment. No gaffer tape or adhesive residue on the floor or furniture. • Noise: The space is in a quiet building, please keep sound levels moderate. • Insurance: Proof of production liability insurance (PLI) is required before confirmation. • Walkthrough: Check-in and check-out with short photo documentation of condition. • Smoking: Not allowed inside (balcony only). • No pets, glitter or confetti • Overtime: Must be agreed before shoot day. • Cleaning fee: €60 for productions involving food or props. • Damage or loss: Charged according to replacement cost. Please respect the building and neighbors. This is a professional, creative workspace, not an event or party venue.
