General Rules OVERTIME Please give at least 30 minutes notice if you need extra time and it will be billed in half-hourly increments. The space must be left as it was found and vacated by the end time of your reservation. CLEANING / DAMAGES The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Please respect the space and tidy up afterwards; you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please declare any damages as they will need to be paid for. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on the walls or surfaces. MISCELLANEOUS No smoking, smoke machines or glitter allowed in the space please.
