Access to the studio The studio is not keyless access. A member of our team will meet you at the agreed booking time to let you into the space. Please arrive on time, as early entry may not always be possible. Booking time Your booking time must include setup and pack-down. Please ensure the studio is vacated by the end of your booking so we can prepare for the next guests. Respect the space Please treat the studio, furniture, and equipment with care. Any damage to the space or equipment must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges. Setup and resetting the space Furniture and equipment can be moved to suit your shoot. However, all items must be returned to their original positions before leaving the studio. Cleanliness Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it. All rubbish, personal items, and production materials must be removed before the end of your booking. Food and drinks Light refreshments are allowed. Please take care around equipment and furniture. Special effects and materials Confetti, glitter, smoke machines, liquids, or any special effects are not allowed without prior approval. Please contact us in advance if you plan to use any of these so we can confirm whether they are permitted. Studio equipment Any lighting or equipment provided in the studio must be used responsibly. If you are unsure how to use something, please ask before adjusting it. Noise levels The space is suitable for interviews, podcasts, and content creation. Please keep noise levels reasonable and respect neighbouring spaces. Responsibility and damages The booking holder is responsible for any damage caused during their session.
