Please describe the nature of the booking when you make your initial enquiry. The booking includes the hire of one room and the use of one bathroom only. Your host will meet you on arrival. Your booking time includes set up, take down and a walk through with the host to check for accidental damage prior to leaving. Please allow time for this. Your hosts work from home and will be in the house (on a different floor) during the booking. Please protect the soft pine floorboards from equipment eg use tennis balls on tripod legs and caster wheels. Shoes off at the front door please and no shoes to be worn in the house No Smoking inside the house, on the porch or in the front garden No animals No alcohol
