Deposit & Payment * A refundable £1000 security deposit is required alongside the booking fee, held until 48 hours after the shoot pending inspection of the space. * Overtime is charged at £300/hour (1.5× standard rate), billed in 30-minute increments and deducted from the deposit if not settled on the day.
 Neighbours & Noise * We are in a mixed-use building with residential neighbours. Loud music and amplified sound are not permitted at any time low-level portable speakers only. * No shouting, clapping, or loud group activity near the entrance or loading bay. * All exterior doors must remain closed during the shoot to contain sound. The Space & Furniture * All furniture is purpose-built, bespoke, and irreplaceable. Nothing is to be moved, stacked, dragged, stood on, or rearranged without prior approval and assistance from the on-site rep. * No tape, adhesive, nails, or fixings of any kind on walls, concrete, or leather surfaces. Gaff tape on floors only, removed at wrap. * General Conduct * Crew size is capped at 12 people including talent, stylists, and clients. Exceeding this without approval will end the shoot. * No smoking indoors. * All rubbish and catering waste must be removed at the end of the shoot. * The venue must be left in the condition it was found. A £150 standard cleaning fee is included; excessive mess incurs additional charges from the deposit.
 Access & On-Site Rep * A venue rep will be on-site throughout the booking and has final authority on the use of the space. * No unannounced visitors, no public/ticketed events.
