No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking is permitted in the garden only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Please respect our neighbours by keeping external noise to a minimum, particularly before 8:00am and after 6:00pm. Food and drink should be confined to the kitchen, dining area and designated crew areas. Please avoid eating or drinking on carpets or upholstered furniture. Any furniture, artwork or decorative items moved during the hire must be returned to their original position before departure. Please lift rather than drag furniture to protect the wooden floors. Protective coverings must be used on all wooden floors where heavy equipment, stands or trolleys are being used. Please protect all carpets, rugs and upholstered furniture if filming equipment is being moved through these areas. No drilling, screwing, nailing, stapling, gluing or fixing items to walls, ceilings, floors, cabinetry, glazing or woodwork without the prior agreement of the Location Owner. No decorating, painting or wallpapering without prior written consent. Any approved alterations must be fully reinstated to their original condition before the end of the hire. No naked flames, candles, smoke effects or pyrotechnics without prior approval and appropriate risk assessments. Please do not disconnect televisions, AV equipment or smart home systems without first speaking to the Location Owner. Rooflights, glazing, stone worktops and bespoke joinery should be treated with particular care. Please do not place equipment directly onto these surfaces without suitable protection. Please leave the property clean and tidy, removing all rubbish at the end of the hire. A walk-through with the Production Manager and Location Owner must take place before departure to confirm that the property has been reinstated and any damage identified.
