* Not fully soundproof – not suitable for audio recording We share our studio with a hair salon, and the basement is open, so you may hear sounds from upstairs. It might not be the best space for audio recording. Also it will be shared toilet and sink on Ground floor. Cancellation and Postpone Policy: We will be accepted the cancellation or postpone before 48hrs from your booking. We will be unable to refund the booking fee after 48hrs. Hire Start and End: Booking guests can access the studio 15 minutes before their scheduled time, and should leave and pack up within 15 minutes after their booking to prepare for the next session. More info: butlerinthepeanutfactory.london/bpf-studio-e2/ Minimum 3 hrs hire (1-2hr studio hire would be another charge for one colour backdrop fee £15).
